Executing a palace coup by taking the Persian cuisine 

one step further was something I cherished. 

Here lies a kitchen rooted in history, influenced by France, Russia, India, and Turkey more than the countries surrounding the Mediterranean. 

It's a treasure trove waiting to be explored! 

I aim to transform the modern Persian cuisine into something new, something luxurious, something that resonates with everyone.
